OPB is the M&B program that, when conditions allow, enables the simultaneous correction of static and dynamic imbalance using a single counterweight. The machine automatically identifies the ideal correction plane and the exact weight application point, reducing balancing time by up to 40% and simplifying workshop operations.
When the ideal position is not accessible due to rim deformation, residues or imperfections, the OPB RANGE function allows the operator to shift the counterweight application point axially along the rim while keeping the calculated weight value unchanged and ensuring that the residual imbalance remains within acceptable tolerance limits.
The system automatically calculates the available correction range and, thanks to the Laser Spotter or 3D Laser Scan, guides the operator to the optimal position, always ensuring high balancing precision.
